Send for Signing

Tenant Authenticates
The tenant verifies their identity via bank authentication (Finnish banks supported) and signs the contract.
Done — Contract Active
Both parties receive a signed copy. The lease is automatically activated in Salkkunen and rent tracking begins.
About Digital Signatures
Digital signatures using strong authentication (bank ID) are legally equivalent to handwritten signatures under EU eIDAS regulation. In Finland, all major banks support strong electronic identification. Signed documents include a tamper-proof audit trail showing who signed, when, and how they authenticated.
